I thought that to quit drinking, I had to admit I was an alcoholic, even though I didn’t identify with that at all. I didn’t feel powerless to alcohol, but I was still stuck in the habit of drinking every evening.

My gut was telling me that alcohol was keeping me from the life I had imagined and truly wanted.

I KNEW SOMETHING HAD TO CHANGE.

I looked into the traditional methods of quitting drinking, but they did not resonate with me as a gray-area drinker.

  • I don't work with anyone who is an alcoholic or has been diagnosed with Alcohol Use Disorder. Please reach out to a medical provider or other professional trained to help you. Abrupt withdrawal from alcohol can be dangerous for those with heavy alcohol use.

  • On a case-by-case basis, extended payment plans may be offered. No discounts or scholarships are available at this time. If you have questions, please email support@bethkornacki.com.

  • The only required time weekly is our 1:1 session. You can get everything you need from those sessions alone.

    I designed an accompanying 8-week course with a video each week that I recommend you watch before our session. The videos are short (15 minutes max). If you don’t watch those, I can briefly describe that week’s learning tool at the beginning of our session.

    I may recommend a worksheet at the end of the session depending on what I think you could use some exploration in. These are optional but can be incredibly helpful in gaining insight into your mind.

    You are welcome to do any worksheets at any time inside of the workbook. Any extra work you do is only going to benefit you in creating awareness.

  • Of course! The main goal of the program is to create awareness of yourself. You cannot fix what you cannot see, and having someone else show you what’s going on in your mind is extremely beneficial. After we uncover your beliefs, we can work towards creating the life you truly want to be living.
